Saturday classes are designed for students who have completed secondary school or university, and who want to learn Danish quickly by devoting significant amounts of time to homework assignments.
Our Saturday classes are designed to give you all the benefits of classroom lessons – including teacher feedback, class discussions and interaction with classmates. Add to that (1) the benefits of e-learning from flexible and multi-faceted individual coaching and (2) the opportunity to progress quickly.
The Saturday class focuses on pronunciation and verbal communication taught both as a class, in pairs and in groups. The extensive and varied course materials consist of videos, texts and lots of interactive exercises in grammar, pronunciation, and spelling.
The comfortable and well-equipped classrooms feature a projector, computers and internet access. During breaks, enjoy the free Wi-Fi. At home, you will be working on our online learning platform – independently and at your own pace – to practice reading, listening and writing in line with the program designed by your instructor. He or she provides personal feedback on your work.
The atmosphere in the Saturday groups reflects the fact that the participants are often busy professionals or university students. The lessons are fast-paced, and the discussions with fellow participants are interesting and enlightening. As noted, some of the lessons take place online, and you will need to set aside sufficient time for independent study through the week.
